The Department Director Esther Ip has over 20 years of experience in cosmetics research and development, specializing in the development of various skincare formulae.

       The R&D department had developed  thousands of formulae, including the Watsons Bird's Nest Whitening Series and Watsons Bird's Nest Silk Series, which have been unanimously recognized by consumers for several years and granted the Watsons HWB Awards - Annual Sales Champion for several times.
